The semi-detached house will be very bright due to the large glass fronts and offers a nice opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine due to the terrace and the garden area.

On the upper floor are three rooms which can be used individually as bedrooms, children's rooms or as an office. The spacious daylight bathroom offers a ground-level shower with a comfortable glass door, a bathtub and a towel radiator.
